Role of TLSs in the fight against tumors. TLSs in tumor cells activate B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocyte antitumor immune responses. Polyclonal IgA or IgG antibodies produced by tumor-associated B cells bind to the corresponding receptors on the surface of tumor cells and release granzyme B to inhibit tumor growth.
