Cellular composition of TLSs. The intermediate B cells are surrounded by T cells, and there are characteristic high endothelial vesicles in them. Fibroblast reticulocytes settle at the junction of tumor and T cells, while dendritic cells and follicular dendritic cells are scattered among them.
