An sechs Zwergschweinen wurden Druckmessungen vor und nach Sigmamyotomie durchgeführt, um festzustellen, welchen Einfluβ die Spaltung der Darmmuscularis auf den Druck im Enddarm hat. Nach Darstellung des Sigmas durch eine mediane Unterbauchlaparatomie wurde transanal ein doppelläufiger Ballonkatheter eingeführt und der Enddarm etwa 25 cm proximal vom Anus abgeklemmt. Der Darminnendruck wurde vor, während und nach der Sigmamyotomie mit dem Gerät Multiskriptor Mr 76 von Hellige kontinuierlich gemessen und aufgezeichnet. Wir konnten weder im normalen Druckbereich noch bei unphysiologisch hohen Drucken nach Sigmamyotomie eine Drucksenkung im Enddarm erzielen.
