Es wird auf die Notwendigkeit hingewiesen, die Radikaloperationen im kleinen Becken durch eine Lymphadenektomie zu ergÄnzen. Die LymphdrÜsenausrÄumung kann durch die prÄoperative AnfÄrbung der Knoten erleichtert und vollstÄndiger gestaltet werden. Dem Kontrastmittel Lipiodol Ultrafluide wurden Farbstoffe wie Chlorophyll, Xanthophyll und elementarer Kohlenstoff zugesetzt und mit diesen kolloidalen LÖsungen im Tierexperiment Lymphographien durchgefÜhrt. Lymphknoten und LymphstrÄnge wurden zwei Wochen spÄter im Hinblick auf FarbintensitÄt und reaktive VerÄnderungen untersucht. Die AnfÄrbung der retroperitonealen Lymphknoten durch die Injektion von Patent Blau-Violett in die DrÜsen der Leistengegend, beziehungsweise in den Samenstrang, wird ausfÜhrlich beschrieben.
